What do we assess together?
We work from the original packaging, recipe, supplier specification and importer details. Translation accuracy and the regulatory presentation of information are assessed separately.
The supplementary Turkish label is checked for consistency with the original packaging. Import procedures, product checks and other official requirements are identified separately from labelling issues.
Our review topics
- Ensuring the original and supplementary Turkish labels describe the same product
- Documentary support for importer and product information
- Technical expressions lost or altered in translation
Why does the original label remain part of the review?
The original packaging and manufacturer documents are read together to assess the supplementary Turkish label. Product versions for different countries are kept distinct. Differences in ingredients or nutrition values may result from a translation error or a recipe change; corrections are not treated as complete until the cause is confirmed. Import procedures are scoped separately.
