FOOD REGULATORY CONSULTING
Brazil food label review
Review existing packaging and nutrition information for Brazil using ANVISA labelling sources.
Content reviewed: · Our approach to sources

What do we assess together?
ANVISA labelling resources are used to assess the nutrition table, front-of-pack information and other mandatory label topics. Product-specific application and exceptions are determined alongside technical information.
Portuguese text, available analyses and packaging claims are compared. Source versions are recorded to distinguish draft regulations from requirements in force. Necessary corrections and documentary gaps are separated in the report.
Our review topics
- Matching existing packaging to the product and target market
- Checking label information against technical data
- Identifying issues requiring local sources, documents or specialist verification
How do we adapt the review to your product?
Before starting, we agree on the current packaging version, product code and expected deliverable. Each technical detail is linked to the relevant label, and issues that cannot be verified because data is missing are recorded separately. The report distinguishes implementable corrections from matters requiring local authority or specialist confirmation. If a revision review is requested, the same record tracks how earlier findings were addressed.
