Colombia: warning placement depends on package shape
INVIMA’s text of Resolution 2492/2022 amends Resolution 810/2021 and identifies corrections made by Resolution 254/2023. It describes different warning placement for general packages and cylindrical or conical containers. Transferring an approved layout from a flat carton to a beverage bottle is therefore insufficient. Assess the principal display area, package shape and required symbols together. Supplementary labels for imported products have their own conditions. Preserve the underlying instrument, amendment and correction chain in the review dossier.
