What do we assess together?
The framework of Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 and relevant authorised-claim conditions are assessed against product data. We identify the scope of the proposed wording and the evidence required.
Without technical product data, we do not give a definitive conclusion that a claim can be used. Consistency between the label and online product presentation can also be included in the scope.

Why product versions matter in a claims review
A recipe or serving-size change means an earlier claims assessment cannot simply be assumed to remain valid. The statement reviewed, product code and supporting documents are linked in the report. This shows which assessment can be used when preparing new packaging or advertising text. Missing evidence is clearly identified for unsupported statements.
