## Qatar: product dossier priorities

For Qatar, distinguish retail packs, hospitality packaging and industrial ingredient deliveries. Match Arabic ingredient and usage wording to the technical product card. Existing Saudi or UAE dossiers do not remove the fields that the Qatari importer needs to confirm.

## Qatar: distinguish establishment and product registration

Qatar’s official product-registration service lists an establishment registered in Wathiq with an active account as a prerequisite. The ministry’s Watheq user guide also describes company and product registration as successive stages. Link the registered establishment, product and packaging version to the same application context when preparing the label dossier. Entering product information in the system does not mean that all allergen, nutrition and claim information has been independently verified.
