Define the responsible operator, supply country and label review scope for special destinations such as Antarctica.

Some geographical destinations have supply conditions that differ from conventional retail markets. We do not describe a service for an area such as Antarctica as though it had a standard national consumer label regime.

The scope is defined by considering the operator organising supply, the country of preparation and shipment, the consumption setting and contractual document requirements. A geographical directory entry does not imply a local office or a previously verified service scope.
